If you think you have lost something on one of our buses you can call our Customer Service Team on 0330 1234 121 or complete the Lost Property Contact form (in the Contact Us tab). Please allow 24 hours for lost items to be registered. Items can be collected between the hours of 10:30 and 15:00 Monday - Friday. Any requests to collect items outside of these hours can be arranged by speaking to our Customer Service Team.
