Lost Property

If you think you have lost something on one of our buses you can call our Customer Service Team on 0330 1234 121 or complete the Lost Property Contact Form (on the Contact Us page). Please allow 24 hours for lost items to be registered. With effect from 25 March 2020 we are no longer able to reunite you with lost property (except for vital medicines). You can still complete the Lost Property contact form or call us up if you've lost something, and we'll hold anything we find until things have settled. But please, stay home. Do not come to our depot.
