Changes to times and routes from Sunday 31 July

There'll be changes to times on some of our routes from Sunday 31 July

We're making some changes to our timetables and routes from Sunday 31 July.

These are primarily minor changes to timings to improve service reliability. There are also changes to some routes in Manchester City Centre and around Salford Central station.

Here are the details:

67 & 67A Manchester - Cadishead

There'll be changes to the routing and stopping points of buses leaving Manchester Shudehill. From Victoria Station, these services will now operate along Deansgate, Bridge Street and New Bailey Street, meeting up with the current route by Salford Central Station. Buses leaving Manchester will now call at the following stops:

  • Victoria Station (Stop NY)
  • Victoria Street (Stop NI) - new stop, handy for Manchester Cathedral
  • Deansgate, Harvey Nichols
  • Deansgate, Barton Arcade (Stop NA) - new stop
  • Bridge Street (Stop WW) - new stop
  • Salford Central Station (Stop WY) - new stop

There are no changes to the route for buses arriving in Manchester.

93 Manchester - Carr Clough

There'll be changes to the routing and stopping points of buses leaving Manchester Shudehill. From Victoria Station, these services will now operate along Chapel Street, meeting up with the current route by Trinity Church. Buses leaving Manchester will now call at the following stops:

  • Victoria Station (Stop NY)
  • Victoria Street (Stop NI) - new stop, handy for Deansgate and Manchester Cathedral
  • Blackfriars Road, Trinity Church (Stop NE)

There are no changes to the route for buses arriving in Manchester.

95 Salford - Bury

The Saturday 17:33 journey from Bury will now depart at 17:42 to improve the spacing of departures towards Unsworth.

97 Manchester - Bury

There'll be changes to the routing and stopping points of buses leaving Manchester Shudehill. From Victoria Station, these services will now operate along Chapel Street, meeting up with the current route by Trinity Church. Buses leaving Manchester will now call at the following stops:

  • Victoria Station (Stop NY)
  • Victoria Street (Stop NI) - new stop, handy for Deansgate and Manchester Cathedral
  • Blackfriars Road, Trinity Church (Stop NE)

There are no changes to the route for buses arriving in Manchester.

There will also be some minor timing changes for trips departing Manchester on Saturday mornings to improve service reliability..

98 Manchester - Bury

There'll be changes to the routing and stopping points of buses leaving Manchester Shudehill. From Victoria Station, these services will now operate along Chapel Street, meeting up with the current route by Trinity Church. Buses leaving Manchester will now call at the following stops:

  • Victoria Station (Stop NY)
  • Victoria Street (Stop NI) - new stop, handy for Deansgate and Manchester Cathedral
  • Blackfriars Road, Trinity Church (Stop NE)

There are no changes to the route for buses arriving in Manchester.

There will be some minor timing changes for trips departing Manchester on Saturday mornings to improve service reliability. The weekday 06:45 departure from Manchester will also operate at revised times.

100 Manchester - Warrington

There'll be changes to the routing and stopping points of buses leaving Manchester Shudehill. From Victoria Station, these services will now operate along Deansgate, Bridge Street and New Bailey Street, meeting up with the current route by Salford Central Station. Buses leaving Manchester will now call at the following stops:

  • Victoria Station (Stop NY)
  • Victoria Street (Stop NI) - new stop, handy for Manchester Cathedral
  • Deansgate, Harvey Nichols
  • Deansgate, Barton Arcade (Stop NA) - new stop
  • Bridge Street (Stop WW) - new stop
  • Salford Central Station (Stop WY) - new stop

There are no changes to the route for buses arriving in Manchester.

School buses 709, 733, 781, 794, 833, 837 and 881

In May 2022 we took on these school buses as emergency cover for TfGM. We will no longer operate these school services after the summer holidays. Please contact TfGM for details of their new operators.
