• Health and safety is our priority

If you need to travel, help us to keep you safe by following this guidance

We're now running a limited service across our network to help get key workers to their place of work.

You should only travel if your journey is absolutely necessary. If you do need to travel, make sure you follow this guidance to help keep our customers and colleagues safe.

Distance yourself

Try and sit at least 2 metres apart - so one person to a seat, where possible. We've placed seat covers on selected seats to help you keep apart.

Board one at a time

Only one person should stand on the entrance or exit platform at any time. Look out for the markers on the floor - they'll help you keep a safe distance when standing.

Pay with contactless

Wherever possible, pay with your contactless card or device rather than cash. Our drivers can no longer give change, so if you're paying with cash, you'll need to pay with the right money.

Cough or sneeze hygienically

If you don't have a tissue to hand, cough or sneeze into the inside of your arm.

Don't travel if you're sick

If you feel unwell, please do not travel. If you have coronavirus symptoms and you're worried, call 111.

Wash your hands

Wash with soap and water for at least 20 seconds before and after travelling.

By following these guidelines, you'll help to keep everybody as safe as possible when using our buses.
