Customers all across Greater Manchester can now send Go North West a message on WhatsApp, and our customer services team will reply speedily with an answer to your question. Whether it’s about lost property, to find out where a bus is, a question about a ticket, or even a query about the best bus to catch for an appointment, you'll be able to ask a whole range of questions and receive a fast reply, more easily than ever before.

They’ll be answering questions between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday – messages can still be sent outside of these times, but it may take a little longer for you to receive a reply.
